If you are not currently a member of the Bowen Therapy Professional Association and realise the many benefits of joining a professional association dedicated to promoting Bowen Therapy and its practitioners, you can read all the relevant information about how to join the BTPA.
After you have joined as a student, associate or full member, you will be able to log in to the members' area and read or download lots of useful information related to your Bowen practice.
BTPA is run by Bowen therapists for Bowen therapists and is independent of any Bowen Therapy training organisation. BTPA requires Full members to adhere to its Ethics and Code of Practise, undertake regular continuing professional development (CPD) and hold a current first aid certificate and insurance. BTPA is a not-for-profit organisation which aims to uphold the Bowen National Occupational Standards (NOS), support its members and promote the profile of Bowen to the public. Whilst most of its members are in the UK it has a growing overseas membership also. A quarterly journal, In Touch, and a host of advice on professional matters is available to members. Enquiries: 07713 552 858 (no texts), or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
